problems whit my licence

i just bought BTB pro but when i try to get my licence to download it they told me that i need to "run the Create HardwareID application" but i don´t know how to get this hardwareID can somebody please help me?thaks

When you run HID.exe it creates a file with the name: HardwareId.v1.0.0.1 (no extention!)
