Really how sure are you of this. For the record I've never driven the iracing version. I'm pretty sure this is from digga's rfactor2 version

And where do you think the rF2 version is coming from? same geometry, same grass/kerbs/etc textures, heck, even the grass textures are following the same pattern as iRacing's one... there are some changes here and there, but minimal.
