megane_104..jpg Here are some previews of Mak-Corp's new simulation created in conjunction with real-life Megane Trophy teams.

Much like Superleague Formula and ARCA, the simulation is made using rFactor, utilising physics based on real-life data and will act as a training tool for the Renault Megane Trophy teams.

Usage will be restricted to these teams but a public version will be available for rFactor 2. Despite the excellent attention to detail, the mod actually uses less polygons than their Formula One cars.

puke..jpgDon't forget to catch the RaceDepartment V8 Supercar Championship live from Pukekohe for Round Five.

After an eventful Oran Park, Ben Crooks ran out the winner, but Mike Simian has taken a 9 point lead in the championship after troubles for Gregory Degreef. Ben Crooks' strong form is also putting himself in the title picture. Pukekohe is the final sprint round before we head to Phillip Island and Mount Panorama.

Watch it here from 2030GMT, Wednesday 17th March.

Fuji93_loading..jpg
Virtua_LM has released the Fuji Speedway for rFactor, adding a historical one of Japan’s most important race tracks to the simulation.
Based on the version released for F1 Challenge, the track has been extensively modified and revamped to make most of rFactor’s graphic engine. Included are the 1982, 1990 & 1993 layouts of the track as well as the 1993 bike configuration. GTL, GTR2 & GTR Evolution versions of this release will be coming up soon!
Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988.
Even though the track was slowed down with two chicanes during the 80s, speeds on the track remained very high thanks to the 1.5 kilometer main straght – The longest in motorsports.

Doh!! We just did our LMS test event on the old one yesterday haha

Downloading and going to test it when my headache is gone. Thanks VLM :thumb:

Edit: if somebody has it already, could you please upload it to RD as the download speeds of 10kb/s are not really that cool. I really dont understand why people keep releasing mods on such sites. We have a 10MB per second download link here, free to use.
