-New Ciggarets,only at pub currently

-Translated the pub menu

-Translated the note that fleetari gives you if you dont bring his car back

Finnaly an update for MSC and for the mod!Oh,i tottaly forgot, now the mod is in Alpha!

-Completely re-designed the slot machine
