Need help!

I need some info on how to import helmet design mods which I've downloaded from this place into F1 2012. Non of them seem to give a description on how it's done and when I try to put the files into f12012/characters/bespokehelmets they don't show up in the game.

I'm a total noob when it comes to mods... Help would be much appreciated.

Overwrite the original gen_xx_tex_high.pssg, select it on the helmet menu then it will show up on career, time trial etc.
