How to implement working safety car sounds?

I am trying to include new sounds for the safety car but there is a problem. It appears its sound doesn't work. I have checked into car file and it uses default.aud file for the sounds. Unfortunately this is not the case in game! Has anyone managed to get sounds working for this car?

No sound for the Audi either... Looks like a bug to me.
