How important is coffee for you?

What I certainly know that ruins red blood cells is ciclamat, an artificial sweetener used in almost all "light"/sugar-free refreshing drinks. (forbidden in the US btw as I heard)
Energy drinks ruin your heart because they increase it's activity a lot. What you heard can be also right btw. Another thing I know that certain energy drinks include a chemical that was used for calming american soldiers in Vietnam! (and those have negative effects on your brain as well) They will cause you severe headaches after a while. I was shocked tbh when I was told these as I used to drink them a lot. Can be an explanation of why I suffer so much from weather changes while I'm only 24 years old.

You do it right mate to not drink those! Just continue what you do:)

Edit: About soda, yes it reacts with calcium.

I cut down on coffee shop purchases. My girlfriend was doing some math work and said to me "you spend $8 a day on coffee multiply by 30/31 days i spend just over $200 a month just on coffee" kinda woke me up. And she cant stand the smell.
