LOL It really shouldn't be hard.
Do you have trouble hosting the images, by opening an account at Imageshack of Flickr or alike (I for example use my own ISP-provided webspace for this), or is it only the referring to an image in a forum post that's not sorted yet?

Even easier, just use imgftw.net no need to make an account just click browse then upload. No need to rename your image either, it does it for you. Whats even better, there is a plugin for firefox so you dont even have to download the image to your hd first.
