Roland, how can you say I broke a rule if there was no rule in place?
Well.. I was merely referring to the Club Racing Rules:

"...
15. Any accusations or complaints aired in the Chat or forum during or after a race will mean a penalty levied on the person complaining or making the accusations, even if a subsequent official complaint gets found in their favour. I simply will NOT tolerate any post race finger pointing. You can always pm if you have a problem.
..."

And the Racedepartment Rules:

"...
Try and discuss any incidents with the other drivers involved after the race in a friendly manner. If you feel stressed out by an accident then take 24 hours to calm down, review the replays of the incident and resolve it in a mature way via PM...."

What griped me most of all about this was the accusation made right after R1 end. I don't know how long you've been involved in online gaming, but probably long enough to know that publicly accusing someone of cheating is a VERY SERIOUS accusation that should not be made lightly, and must be supported by rock solid evidence, of which there was none in this case.

Like you, I am not a native speaker, and I know how hard it is to find exactly the right nuances in a foreign language. From where I stand your English is pretty much flawless though and the word used was pretty blunt, so IMO there's no hiding behind that.

However your recent posts clearly show you didn't intend to be this blunt, I appreciate the fact you apologised to the driver involved, and I do understand the point you were trying to make. Let's leave it at that, listen to the words of wisdom from Warren (it must be true, wisdom does come with age..:p;)) and acknowledge that there should be no need to have everything covered by rules.

"...What is the difference between Club and League racing?Club events are for casual racing only. It's not about the winning or losing but about having a good driving experience. This is the perfect environment for your daily races as there is no pressure involved. Fun is King...."

Let's all remember that.
Peace.
