The 1000$ is for the team for our position in the championCHIP () last season.
You can see that in the table thingy were youn can also look up your money, your skills etc.

Upgrade for car is for both drivers, thats why i wanted it last season and this season so we have a good base. The first races were quite good.

Jordan had 600$ for buy upgrades so its not the price to come with them its only money allowed only on car purchase upgrade

you have at starting 500$ to make your own upgrade on you or the car.
