I am really pissed off now!!!

I purchased the game in Oct / Nov last year and still dont have a serial number!!! :mad:

I PM'd the reiza support and they refered me to a web page, only then to say my email is not valid with my payment WTF... Really you guys got your money almost a year ago and Im still waitng for my product this is bad service and Im loosing out on Game time for the 2012 update!!!! :mad::mad:

I still have my proof of payment but seems that means nothing WTF

BTW this is an awesome game dont get me wrong!!! ;)

I have already emailed Plimus about your case and will get back to you as soon as they come back to us.

As I explained to you via PM, they are our e-commerce operator so we have no way to verify the bank transfer on our own.

Please hold on just a little bit more - I do apologise for the delay getting back on your latest PM, it came on the verge of release day and things were a bit hectic then.
