Yes. However, you need a pitcrew that does it in -2.0 -2.1 seconds with the car they have

Think that is 3 to 3.5 seconds.
If i remember right i heard either Domenicali or Monte talk about how they were doing sub 3 second stops in practice.

The added time in races are simply pressure which is understandable, but it shows they still can improve even though they are overall undoubtedly the best and fastest crew this year.

I thought so to but i get 2 seconds flat from timing with my phone.
That´s too extreme so i think it´s sped up or they simply count more then from the stop and to the car gets going.

Meaning if you went through the pitlane on the limiter, everything added to that is considered part of the stop.
