Your able to change fuel levels any time you want including after quali. But everything else is fixed after your first qualifying lap.

When we ran our test race last Sunday I wasn't able to change the initial fuel load after running qualifying laps (it was greyed out). Only for the first first pit stop. I had the laps set to 5 for qualifying and couldn't change it after running laps. Could change the amount for the pit stop though...

True Steve, when qually starts you have to prepare the car for race .
After you have set your first time in qually you cant change the amount of starting fuel . If you make the mistake of putting only 5 laps you can still change the fuel for your pitstop to 20 laps . Then you will still make it with an early pitstop.
I did that last sunday :D
