Extending Grid Spots on an original Kunos Track

Heyy,
I saw some modifications on original Kunos tracks like the extension of grid spots at the Nordschleife. I would really like to know how you can make that as even those 40 OSRW spots on Spa arent enough for all the awesome 24h Spa skin made by the community this year
