Converting cars from GSC2012 and 2013 to GSCExtreme

    I have attempted to upload cars for GSC2012 and 2013 to GSC Extreme and they don't work.

    What does one need to do to get them to work in GSC Extreme?

    Hi Wedsley,
    Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded several add on cars, eg Le Mans Bentley, Palatov; and then loaded them onto GSC2013 Extreme. The entry shows up when I look for the car but then I see no image of the car and cannot load it to run it.

    Are there entries that I need to modify to correct this or are the cars incompatible with GSCExtreme?

    Probably the .veh

    You should create a full mod, with rfm.

    Thanks for your reply. The RFM part of the process appears straightforward enough. What is a TGA file and how does one go about creating one?

    Hi Patrick,

    I followed the instructions re setting up a new mod and have this loaded successfully on GSC Extreme. I did this with the Bentley S8LM that I downloaded from the following link
    http://m3challenge.webs.com/stockcar.html

    If you go to this website and then click on cars, you will see a set of cars from which I downloaded the Bentley.

    The mod loads but the vehicle does not load.

    What reiza number did you choose for the rfm? .veh need to have the same number.

    Just as an aside, I took the F1 1967, mod from the same website and converted it using the same set of guidelines and I come out with a mod that seems to be working perfectly.

    Your settings look fine Roy, you need to use a process of elimination though. Try putting the mod into reiza5 (the minis) and make sure the car actually shows up in game, if it does not then you know its the mod.
