EDIT: What a difference 10 minutes of further research can make. Simply failed to scroll down all the way to the end of the TrackEd documentation and missed the last couple of mouse/keyboard shortcuts. Please delete this thread. Sorry for creating something this unnecessary.

I am trying to create splines for a BTB track I created but when I load the track in TrackEd I cannot see anything except the sky (which I copied from Carlswood). Everything else is dark grey.
Is this just a matter of moving the camera into the correct position or how can I see my track so I can start adding splines? If so, is there a way to move the camera faster than just click and drag with the mouse? How do I rotate the camera around the y-axis to have a look around me in case I can spot the track somewhere?
