BTCC 2011 mod, game crash

Discussion in 'Stock Car Extreme' started by Martin Larsen, Aug 26, 2014.

  1. Hi on the main menu where you choose with the two arrows between every racing legues, like Formula Reiza and all. But every time I choose the BTCC 2011 mod the game just shuts down with no error message or anything. Any one know what i can do?....

    The BTCC mod:

And hope you understand my bad english...:p

  2. That mod isnt very good but you have to change the track filter in the .rfm file to StockV8 and it will show up.

  3. Same problem. And, not a great mod.

Not very good, as others said, not really worth the hassle.

So here is a different question: is there a good touring car mod for GSC?

I have not found one yet. Are there any real top ones for rfactor to convert?

Touring cars are my first choice to watch & sim race, agree with others the mod looked stitched together with cars from other places. Think I've tried most of them none of them are that good BTCC or WTCC for GSC so gave up,
I now use rFactor now my TC fix, check out http://www.xtremefactor.es/en/descargas/viewdownload/25-turismos/217-vrc-vtcc-2012.html, it's a great mod looks good and drives nice. :)

Also try (TCL) Touring Car Legends original mod is here http://transtasmanrivals.forumotion.com/t1817-current-2014-tcl-downloads, but there are some missing sound files. There is also an RD league version which was modded 1 or 2 duff cars were taken out, but a better feel and look all round http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/touring-masters-v2-9-released.42809/#post-974138 :)

    Conversions please :whistling:
