Sorry for not adding enough info on the post but, what im after is not the backfire sound, i mean the actual flames coming out of the exhaust. But i have found a solution, i will edit the original post.

Hi, how do I get the extension folder? I would like to edit the flames too, but I don't have that folder and neither the "ext_config.ini" file or config.ini.
I looked in the folders of many cars: kunos, mods etc ...

In those cases you will have to create the folder and create the file.

hello, i was wondering how you make the actual backfire/ crackle or pop sound. I got the flames part down, but i noticed only certain mods have a crackle/backfire after letting off the throttle. Is that all a apart of sound modding or could you modify the "sound.ini" file and have it work that way?
