W05 have 5 cooling specifications from mild to aggressive
Top one is what you might see in silverstone for example. 2nd one, Bahrain, Austin, ect.

Even if other teams could get their engines redesigned (on ground of reliability, efficiency etc), there's no way they can pack everything differently.. Moving the engine is not an option without moving the gearbox to offset the balance. Moving the gearbox means new rear suspension. New intercoolers mean new sidepods which mean also the other sidepod needs redesign and repackaging.. Yeah, it's a totally different chassis model.
