Try to uninstall all BES related vmods and reinstall the BES mod.

If this still doesn't fix it make sure that there are no remains of the BES mod after you have uninstalled it (check rFactor2/installed/vehicles/ dir, either in "Program Files(x86)" or your Documents dir).
This issue is related to a bug in the rF2 mod manager.

UPDATE

Due to the possibility of the live scoring software not being ready in time, we shall once again have to run the event as a race session. Therefore, to minimise the number of potential drop outs, and given that rejoins will not be possible, we have decided that it would be best to reduce the race length to 2.5 hours; the 6 hour event shall be re-organised later on in the year. The event start time will now be 16:00 GMT. See the first post in this thread for more information.

Ah dudes... talk about an anti climax....
Do changes in RF2 require the rejoin software to updated or something? It was working fine in VWEC ??
Also, can we not just grow a pair and drive this in a race session?? Yeah, it sucks dropping out because the driverswap messed and you can't rejoin etc, but it sucks even more NOT driving a 6 hour race.... we ran two seasons in RDLMS in RF1 like that... think of it as mechnical problems.

My apologies Davy. With this being a club event, we want to try and get as many people involved as possibly, and the ultimate aim for us as the organisers is to ensure that everyone enjoys themselves. Due to a hectic schedule, it might be difficult to get everything properly sorted and tested before the event next weekend. Therefore, we decided it would be best to reduce the time of the race. We already know that we can successfully run a 2.5 race (and attempt to iron out the issues that we encountered before and during the last race), and so we have decided to play it safe so that we do not disappoint - having a good, shorter event is better than having a half-baked, frustrating, longer event. If we had more time then we would almost certainly have gone the distance, but given the time between the events (and everything that's going on in the meantime) it wouldn't be right to have the 6 hour event so soon - it's a bit too much. However, as I said, we shall definitely host this longer race later on in the year, once we have run more tests and hopefully received some more fixes from ISI. Sorry again. Hopefully this hasn't discouraged you from taking part - it should still be a pretty immense event!
