Improvement: Updated the smoothing algorithms for wheelcheck output. This should help if you use a bad wheelcheck output file.
New feature: Output graph that shows wheelcheck raw output, smoothed out output (plus the number of corrected values) and LUT Gen output.

* Decimal point for lut output is set to '.' regardless of the system settings.
* LUTGenerator is now ignoring erroneous values in wheelcheck output file (like big spikes) :
