0.5 ; amazing work so far. A very fun drive as-is, but can't imagine how epic it will be with a road mesh and trees.

Those things will be coming... But due to the sheer size.
Will be a large amount of work, and may take some time.

0.5 is to get the newer, much improved, far more accurate.... layout out there :)

watched the smoking tire the other day and wondered how cool it would be to have that in AC... BAMM there it is and it is awesome!! using VR with the night light shader mod and real weather system in CM makes this an incredible immersive experience :) get some street cars in a track day session and you feel like you are there!!! a real traffic ai would be nice to add... anyway 10 stars!!!

Yeah with night time, it's like NFS Carbon, with AC physics on accurate 'Smoking Tire' roads.

Awesome. I love assetto Corsa for its road cars. All the Ferraris lambos and what not. Slapping some road tyres on and power oversteering out of corners. Only problem is that doing all that on a race track can get pretty boring. Now this track... I mean this track... Its perfect for that kind of thing. I love it. Great work man, wish I had half of your skill. Keep up the good work. Got you a coffe to hoping to get access to some more tarmac ;) I can't get enough of this track.

Great to hear that you're enjoying it so much... These roads are mostly, much narrower than a race track... But they flow like one.
Yeah these roads are absolutely perfect for Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, McLarens, Porsches...
It's easy to see why there is a large car culture in California with roads like these!

Enjoy 39km's of Angeles Crest... and other twisty roads.
The new tarmac is work in progress... but I think you'll like the corners :)

Holy fecking ****, Phoenix. You are a god among men. Pacific Coast AND LA Canyons? I have no words. I actually saw this a while back, thought to come back to it later but forget... and I've been a long time Extra Mile fan so his vid brought me back to this and my god, what can I say? I wish I had the ability to donate a little but one day I will do it, hopefully, I won't forget. It can only get better from here, which is the best part - but it's already so damn good. This mod is CLASS! ❤❤❤❤

Phoenix you are the best ! I just found this updated version and you best keep an eye out on my youtube channel for the video I will do.Also Mate,is there a way you can make the assetto corsa DRAG strip on line able ? would you think if it had circut roads to get back to the launch pad we could use it and the light tree ? Please let humble know,Cheers Friend.

George? Glad you found the updated canyons mate... although it's more a complete and utter rebuild from literally the ground up! Regarding the drag strip online-able... It all depends what Kunos called their meshes... as I wouldn't be allowed to change any of their files. So it's extremely limited.

Wow, awesome job Phoenix! Looks fantastic, especially during sunset. Feels like a completely new track compared to the previous version. Way more immersion with the smaller roads and all the added content like the guardrails, signs and vegetation. Thanks for the effort!

Wow, amazing immersion even at this early stage! The objects, road- and landscape work go a very long way to make this jump a giant leap ahead. Can't wait for the trees :).

Awesome work on the update. The extra VIP roads are well worth the few dollars as well. I highly recommend them.

0.3 version was already promising, but my gosh you are on to something special with this one. Possibly the most addicting set of roads I've ever experienced, and I'm more than excited to see how it will look like when finished. The road itself is so immersive already. Donation more than deserved!

California has some epic roads... I knew when I saw them Assetto needed them.
