This mod is designed to remove slips on corner exits, even with a full TC.
If you are on a steering wheel or gamepad, adjust the throttle linearity first(in controls settings - calibration). Maybe this will fix your problems even without the mod.
But if that doesn't help, or if you're on a keyboard, then this mod is for you.
Works on game version 1.21.
With mod: (keyboard, full traction control enabled)

This mod helps me, but I don't know if it helps you(because of the individual feels of car and the control settings), so tell me.

I lost all three days of early access trying to find the right parameters. (modding looks like this: edit the number, run the game to see what has changed in gameplay, and so dozens of times) Tried to edit the traction parameters (of which there are dozens), tire slip (of which there are four), assists, braking, new throttle parameters, and the tire slip parameter worked. But after that comes out the patch 1.4, and suddenly all my changes stopped working! Had to do all over again in a different way, and finally I got lucky, and found the right parameters of traction control. Happy end (until some patch breaks it again).
