The most dense treefx out there!

Introduction
I got a few hours on Assetto corsa's Nordschleife and loved every single one of it. But - there always was something missing. The Immersion was lacking and it didnt feel like I was actually driving on a racetrack built in the middle of a forest. So i looked out for upgrades and found 3D Trees. Other 3D Tree mods didn't really satisfy me with the actual "green hell" feeling, so i started trying building my own. Throughout the building of this mod i learned more and more about treefx, putting more and more time into it. And now, it all came down to this - a 400.000 3D Tree mod, done for the Nordschleife.

This mod replaces the 2D billboard trees of the original Assetto Corsa with newer, 3D tree models. Also, most of the trees stand far away in the distance, covering up the ugly assetto corsa landscape textures, used originaly. Pay attenton to that in the video. It uses a total of 7 diffrent tree models, so variation isn't the best, as i couldnt find more that matched the Nordschleife-feel at a visual level imo. For placements, i used real world footage of the track, giving it that extra chunk of immersion. Pop-in shouldnt be too bad.
Installation + Performance
Just open the .zip file and drag the "content" folder into your assettocorsa folder under: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa". Csp 0.1.79 needed. If there already is another "trees" folder, replace it completely. If you want to play with other extensions, copy the text from the "ext_config" in this mod and paste in into your tracks "ext_config" file.
Performance wise, this mod is a big hit. Expect a more demanding - but beautiful - track.
Tips for better performance:
reduce shadowmaps;
uppder Mip LOD bias;
reduce "Multiplier for trees LODs" in "Graphics adjustments";
enable "AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution", again, in "Graphics adjustments".
Results may vary, depanding on the part of the track.
For the future:
Im planning on actively updating this mod, be it fixing bugs or filling empty spots. Feel free to help me in that through a review. For now, have fun with it and feel the Nordschleife in its unique way.
