I'm looking for a steering wheel for about 120$ and recently I've found that Thrustmaster has one that's cross gen compatible (PS4/PS3) and its Driveclub licensed. Have you tried it? The reviews are pretty good for it.

It looks as if Thrustmaster has basically "re-branded" and re-released the Ferrari GT Experience Wheel, with added support for the PS4...
