Vista Ultimate problem

I'm trying to install btb on vista but not having any luck.
After install I go to launch the program and an error message appears,(see Attachment) can any one help me????????:sinister:

how did you get it run w7?
anything special or just installed BTB and ran it.
I ran the demo without problems but I hit problems with the registed version it first would not generate a HardwareID file so making it in possible to run,'
How did you get around this
