With the blessings of b0mmeyd4, I've made some customisations to their Official F1 2023 TV Overlays | SimHUB V 1.01 so that you can enjoy modern TV graphics across all seasons of Formula 1!

If I've exported this right, you shouldn't have to do anything with the images, they're just there just incase.

The txt file is just a list of the manufacturers used in the 'Brand' names of the car, so it's just a list to ensure that the brand names match to what the code should be.

So, essentially you shouldn't have to use them, they're just there for reference. You should just be able to import the SimHub overlays directly.

Which car are you using?

If you're using a 'Standardised car' (I.E - RSS Formula Hybrid 2023), the logo in the timing screen will still just return 'FiA'. However, the logos/colours of these cars should return correctly on the leaderboard + fastest-lap pop-up.

Although, I believe I have finally cracked the code to fix this, and am just testing now. Will provide an update soon if this works.

Yep, so as stated earlier, as a 'standardised car', I haven't quite worked out the code to get those ones working for all cars/teams on the timing screen. Was hoping to give a test run tonight, but having issues getting SimHub opening to do that. Looking to have it sorted in the next day or so.

WiisardNic updated Updates to Official F1 2023 TV Overlays | SimHUB | F1 through history with a new update entry:

RSS, VRC, ACFL and Pessio Pork

Should work on the timing dash now with all RSS, VRC, ACFL, ASR Ferrari 1999, Ferrari F1 1987, and Pessio Porknose cars, as long as the skin folder name includes the team's name in it (teams with spaces like Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Aston Martin will need the spaces in the name as well).

Hey mate, give it a go now, should work with most of these standard cars now (should work on all RSS, ACFL and VRC cars - as long as the team name is in the folder name for the skin - in your example image's case, 'Mercedes')

same issue, with RSS 2022 or 2023, can you tell me where i should look to investigate to see if its not on my end ?

but with other series, it seem to work

even with the F1 2004 Ferrari, it work. Only with the rss cars that i experience the bug

I used the RSS 2023 car with Mercedes and it worked for me. Please make sure the skin folder name has 'mercedes' in it somewhere, and it should pick it up.

I haven't seen that one before...

I mean.. I've seen it lock up when SimHub freezes sometimes, but that's completely empty, not with the weird MT thing that's there..
