Unreal tech demo better then Beamng

Quite incredible, Even a game that looked half as good as this would be stunning, and the procedural content based on a hand built environment is stunning.

Looks is only 1/3 of the story though. Then there is how realistically it drives and sounds which is the other 2/3.
