Could you put all your Ultimate realism mods into one pack? So it's much easier if I want to install all of them at once.

It would be good if the sound were like in the actual game. Here it sounds like a Nähmaschiene. It might also be good if everything were in one package. What actually causes the realism mod? Thank you
