Trying to pay premium, but having issues, need help

Hello,
I am trying to upgrade my account to premium. When I click premium monthly, paypal login opens, I login there, but my saved in paypal cards are not shown. I have a field to add a new card. Ok I tried to add a card but nothing happens.

I tought it could be because my racedepartment email address is different from my paypal email. I changed my email in RD to match the same as paypal, but this did not help.

I dont know if this is paypal or racedepartment issue.
Few days ago I used paypal for something else and it was ok.

Hi @edhunterbg that sounds like a paypal issue. Have you contacted their support team yet?

No, I have not, because I dont have problems when paying to other sites.
And besides that in the past paypal support have been completely useless for similar issue.
