Hi, for some reason the hill, morgan skins are fine but the turkington one the car is plain white in the game any ideas why?

Doesnt seem to be a ext_skin.dds file

Downloaded today, #33 car works fine but #20 is complete naked just pure white and only think that shows is the sun strip any reason why?
