F1 2021 Sponsors on car look very bad

In the screenshot you can see how bad it looks i got my game on max settings but i dont know what todo i tried so many settings

You have double checked all the in game video settings?

Man if you did this livery, do you think on UV map when you resize the sponsor so small too fit there will be High Quality in game ? no, not at all. So its tottaly normal. To solved that... increase the dds of size. By default its 2048x2048 so need to be at 4096x4096 or even 8192x8192 and fit new logo with better quality. If you didnt do the livery... nothing you can do

Question : what is the best option with PS CC for the upscaling ? Have you a point of view ? The Resample method "Preserve Details 2.0" seems to me by far the best.
