Zandvoort2020 2.10 is required!

Anyway, I can contribute a bit for once - these are small fixes for the Zandvoort 2020 layout, which was released today (May 3rd) for rFactor 2. This is mainly intended for offline usage (hotlapping or racing against AI).
Small fixes include:

• DRS Zones fix. Zones were already set in the game, however, one line missing means that they were only available in the race. Fixed by...

Anyway, the update is pretty simple, but I changed a few things:

1. Some Event Name changes - mainly to represent that the tracks are slightly changed.
2. Updated to 3 versions total:
   a) Race Distance fix only - DRS works as before (pre-2013 DRS ruleset, DRS available everywhere except race, where it's available only in the DRS zones), but Lap Distance is fixed.
   b) DRS fix - DRS rules...

Compatibility update

A small compatibility update to bring the changes to be compatible with the latest version of the track (v2.27 as of uploading). Also some minor changes/fixes as this is based on the updated version of gdb.
