Skins category to include tracks, or instead a new track skins category.

Sorry for another suggestion, but since tracks can also be skinned in AC it makes sense to me to have the Skins category description changed to include them.

Or else create a new specific Track Skin category, to avoid confusion with full track releases, which imo is what the Tracks category signifies.

In Ac Skins there is 11 000 cars skin, there is only very few track skin that exist for AC.

The best solution should be to part and replace AC Skins by:

-AC Car's Skin
-AC track's skin

So users could find them more easily

For the moment, it is easier for users to find track's skins by putting them in Track mod.
