Setup(s) can not be saved

Since the last update ( and new USA tracks installed) i can't save any setup anymore, the game says " Preset could not be saved" anybody got the same problem or a solution for this? After a re- install it worked again even with the "old" documents folder

Sorry Frans, but no problem for me like this one (and I installed the new USA tracks too).
