How can I join this event?

• Non-premium members: PM me for the password and a copy of the club rules, I'll then add you to the list.
• Premium members: Reply in this thread stating you want to join, I'll then add you to the list. Server password can be found HERE
• Servername: search for "RACEDEPARTMENT"

All skill levels welcome but we ask that you can control the car and know the racing line around the track. Anyone driving in a dangerous manner may be removed from the server.

What do I need to know?

• CLUB RULES ARE ENFORCED. Check them out HERE
• We highly recommend using the in-built ACC radar when racing so you can keep it close and fair
• Voice chat is available on the RD Discord if you want to chat. Please use push to talk and limit chat during the race to apologies / lapped traffic info.

I’m always going to be tail end in races, so it won’t be much fun for two drivers, but I’m happy to do a 50min and treat as a good race practice.

Thanks for hosting Michael! My first online race in AC. Not too familiar with Donnington, but managed to stay on track (mostly) and have nice chase with Jay.

I like the BMW in ACC, now trying to get my rates up a little.

Great racing! Consistency at Donington can be an issue lol, but managed 25m sprint with only one substantial error, managed to keep Michael in sight for first five or six laps, then the Macca started to pull away, so concentrated on my pace as Bouke was always in my mirror, the three cars behind Michael all on similar pace, an error saw the BMW go through and put me third, kept up the chase and a slight mistake from the BMW meant I could snatch back second with only a few laps left. Good racing by all.

@Jay Clarke 66 - thanks for the report. The gap between the fast guys and us is slowly melting. This gap will most likely remain but the races will be more interesting in the long run.

It was good to see two new drivers (Axel aka @Zifuu and Bouke aka @Boukâh). Both of them had a good race and hopefully come back. I think we stay for the next races on „non-premium“ to reach a wider audience.

Thinking about the format: 25 min oder 50 min races or maybe both?

Very enjoyable race. Yes for the moment stick to 30 min sprint, grow the grid.
