Hello, my Alpine A310 V6 turbo resource was deleted yesterday due to a similarity problem with another car. I then corrected this problem and uploaded this modified mod again.
It was still deleted despite the corrections.
how do I stop my resource from being deleted now that the issue is resolved?

It was not the same mod, it has been corrected.
