REQ: No Rain

Hello can anyone who knows how please post a method to reduce or remove the rain from career mode?

I am aware of the other threads but so far no solution has been found.

Just putting it out there.
and while i am here does anyone know how to manually unshuffle the tiers or check what theyve been shuffled too after the end of a season?
