FM23 Quickest Way to "Free Play" in FM23?

After many minutes, I eventually found the "inputs" screen and "Free Play". (Don't ask me how I got there though).

Can someone explain exactly (step-by-step) how to get to the Home Screen that includes "Free Play" without having to endure all the cinematic BS each time you start this game?

All I want to do is race against AI and or time trial. I have absolutely no interest in Career Mode or Builders Cup, etc.

FM 7 looks like it could be fun if I could just get to where I want to be without having to watch a few movies first each time I fire up the game.

Once again, I answered my own questions and with 5 minutes to spare!

I need to be more patient, I guess, but we sure could use more than 2 hours alloted for tryout by Steam for a title like this that has so many options and content,

It's a keeper as far as I'm concerned.
