occulus rift frame rate question

I have my rift but not allowed to play with it xmas day(BAH HUMBUG!!!).
I have just benchmark AC with all settings up high, and get a frame rate of 107how big a dent will oculus put into that ?

Depends what resolution your monitor is.
Is it a CV1 or Rift S?
What GPU/CPU?

CV-1 and running at 1920 x 1080 res

Ok, you'll probably be looking at roughly half that framerate.
It will depend on settings like Post Processing/Supersampling/AA etc. You'll have to play around with them to find the best compromise of fps and visual quality, and will likely have to settle for a locked 45fps.

The good news is that 45fps is fairly ok unless you're especially picky or sensitive to it.
