F1 2019 Noob needs help regarding helmet mod

I´ve tried for almost three hours now and I can´t get the mods to work...I try to install helmets via. ERP archiver, but whenever I load into the game, there is no sign of the helmets and every driver is blurry (like their suits, faces, and helmets.
What am I doing wrong?
