No email when premium was expiring.

I noticed the other day that i didn't have the premium tag.

I use adblockers so I would never have known as the site looks exactly the same. In the past I have had emails telling me.
I only bring it up in case rd has an issue on their end and some people may be falling off their subscription just because they are not aware.

As far as I can see, the alert+email should have worked, so I'm puzzled. Pinging @Bram Hengeveld to see if he knows of changes that might affect it.

Hi @metalnwood thanks for reaching out. Can it be that your email provider is blocking our emails? Do you receive other mail notifications from us at all?

I have got emails, and I got the receipt one once I renewed. Nothing in the spam.
It could have been just a one off on this occasion so no need to deep dive if it all looks OK and people are renewing

Had a good look in case there was an underlying problem, but found nothing. Other users are getting alerts and emails before their expiry dates. I can't explain what happened here but hopefully it was indeed a one-off glitch...
