Look in your apps list on the right side. Drag the cursor all the way to the right > and see if anything is enabled that is causing it.
Ive never seen that.

Apparently it's an overlay for some MSI Software sound tracker called Nahimic. I don't own MSI motherboard or gaming laptop so I don't know how to get rid of it, but google shows plenty of threads on the same subject, so you'll figure it out.
