General ksFontGenerator doesn't start

I need to add custom font so wanted to use the ksFontGenerator.exe but it doesn't start.
I already tried it with all "compatibilty modes" and admin privileges but no luck :/
It is located in \sdk\dev\ksFontGenerator

Does anybody knows how to run this app?
I'm on Windows 10.
