iRacing Setups forum restructured

I've sneaked in to do a little moderating in the setups forum. It was quite hard to find setups there due to the randomly posted car-track combinations of setups, which is a waste of good knowlegde and efforts. Now each car has its own thread with all previously posted setups and comments merged into it. Some of the conversation might look a little weird, but it should be easier to find your setups now.
