Try DLDSR with DLSS. Start with Quality preset and if too tasking, Balanced.
Brings visuals to the next level, sharp, no LOD popping. Looks true next gen.

It comes with dlss dll already, albeit older one, so yes, I am using the latest one.
Optionally you can also install DLSSTweaks, but it is used only for monitoring and to force Quality preset C which if I am not mistaken default for Quality DLSS anyway.
DLDSR + DLSS looks better than DLAA, a bit more expensive though.

Yeah thats a nice stuff , i use it for many games, but you need to be very careful with the bottleneck, GPU can easily break, just keep monitoring temps and using of cores.

as DLSS with that or any other option, Performance always!
Performance in this situation to balance with the DLDSR, and Performance without to because Quality can give Delay on GPU to deliver.
DLDSR Performance always and i put 70% always!

If puts alot of stress or fps lost in game, the options in-game that i tweak down first is :

Croud
Car Reflections
Ground Cover

If you still need a little more maybe :

Trees
Shader

If you are getting alot of shining, or inside the car alot of sun shining in the mirror, post processing..

Tell me what you think about the Performance with 70% tweak, you notice some difference? obvious depend on the gpu to
