so when my buddies was making an account on here they banned him for spam how can he fix that

The answer to questions like this is always to use the "Contact us" button at the bottom of every page on the site
(For info, any attempt to log in from a banned account should result in the user seeing the message "Spam. Please contact the administrator if this was done in error.")
