Cars Headlights Glare issue

Hello there, sorry for the disturbance, but i have a 'issue'.
When i watch replay or when i see the car with chasse cam, the headlights glare seems to be very "weak" like in this picture. Almost no glare at all at night.

I wonder if this can be fix with CM , or it's just "normal ?

For it to be that low, either the car's configured that way, or you have the relevant parts of PPFilters disabled. Should be a lot brighter.

I have a filter (NatuREAL) , can you show me the revelants parts you think it's disabled please ?

That is with Kunos car for reference. The glare should be higher ?

According to this I wanna ask if experts can pls give the ultimate settings for headlights, rearlights, range, brightness. I think this would be very helpful for many. What I have found out by now is that it varies from car to car, mod to mod. OK thx.
