Game Doesn't Look Right

Hi, I am quite new here, I wanted to play Assetto Corsa with some of this mods but I'm not sure if its look right. As you can see in the screenshots the game looks very washed out or that the cars have a weird glow. It looks very over exposed. I really do hope someone can assist me, as I really want to get into sim racing.

You have a pitch black sky so I'd say you're using non matching versions of SOL and CSP, plus a weird ppfilter.

Those would be my first guesses, but without any further information it's all fishing in the dark.
