what I've said a lot the Fia didn't make the rules consistent every race. Max is actually even more disadvantaged which allowed merc to come back in the championship. karma is a bitch!! anyway Max deserved it he was the best in 2021

Absolutely. There is nothing wrong with making up rules so the person that deserves to win, actually has a good chance to win.

I am hoping they implement this concept next year at races that are not that exciting. The fans that paid high prices to attend a race, deserve to see exciting races. To make this happen, they should use more yellow flags to bunch up the field that is spread out.
